Crossbridge Capital is leading independent wealth management firm, which has US$ 3 billion under advisement and was established in 2008 with offices in London, Singapore, Monaco and Malta

Business Challenge

Crossbridge Capital’s objective was primarily to launch the first digital advisory service in Singapore, enabling high net worth individuals to easily personalize their portfolio allocations helping them reach their financial targets, they want to build a new vertical called CONNECT.

CONNECT officially ceased operations in 2021

Design Challenge

How to translate complex investment process into a user-friendly experience and balancing financial guidance with digital self-service.

My role

As a product designer, I collaborated with product managers and engineering team to define the product vision, explore design directions, and deliver a digital wealth experience that aligned with regulatory and business requirement.

Design Goal

Design a compliant and user-friendly platform tailored to high wealth individual, helping them to view and manage their investment portfolios digitally.

Project Approach

Setting up foundation

In the beginning, we worked in close collaboration with several strategic partners to ensure the solution was both technically feasible and scalable. This included coordination with AWS on infrastructure and cloud services, enabling us to architect a secure, high-performance platform that met both regulatory requirements and user expectations.

Design process

Through close collaboration with the client and iterative user testing, we validated key design decisions with real user feedback and behavioral data, resulting in an experience that help Accredited Investors to set financial goals and receive personalized, strategy-driven recommendations with confidence

Outcome

The ‘NewJoiner’ responsive mobile solution was fully deployed to employees in just 6 weeks. The solution is a dedicated mobile website for hiring managers and new starters and focuses on better ongoing engagement with new joiners.

Conclusion:

Collaborating closely with the client to define requirements and align on a shared vision led to faster and more effective outcomes. Although the initial MVP served as a proof of concept, the result was both satisfying and impactful, paving the way for a more mature iteration process that eventually shaped the final product.
